My Story, My Philosophy

Hi, I'm Dr. Dharshan Sriranjan.

My Approach

Dentistry shouldn't feel like a mystery.

I started working this way because I kept meeting patients who'd avoided the dentist for years. Not out of carelessness, but because past visits felt rushed, clinical, and confusing. I wanted to do something different: make sure you actually understand what's happening in your mouth, why it matters, and what your real options are.

I describe what I do as aesthetic dentistry. To me, that means starting underneath, with your gum health, your bite and the structure of your mouth, and only then, thoughtfully, enhancing what's on top. It's a slower way of working. It's also the way I believe gives treatment the best foundation for the long term.

The Values I Work By

The values behind every appointment

Foundations First

Health comes before aesthetics, always. Aesthetic work is built on solid ground, never layered over problems.

Beauty Through Harmony

Enhancing what's naturally yours, not replacing it. The goal is balance between health, function and how you look.

Never Cookie-Cutter

No templates, no trends applied by default. Every treatment plan is designed around your individual mouth and goals.

Planned for the Long Term

Meticulous planning and precise execution. Not a quick fix, but treatment planned with longevity in mind.

Good to Know

A few common questions

Do I need to be "in pain" to book a visit?

Not at all. Most visits are routine check-ups, cleans, or conversations about aesthetic goals. Prevention is a huge part of the philosophy here.

What does "aesthetic dentistry" actually mean?

It means treatment planning starts with your foundations (gum health, bite and tooth structure) before any aesthetic changes are made. Enhancements are then layered on thoughtfully, so the plan considers stability and longevity, not just appearance.

How do you decide between a simple fix and full mouth rehab?

It comes down to how many teeth and functions (like your bite) are involved. A full assessment and honest conversation always comes before any plan is proposed.

Why does your process take longer than a typical dental visit?

Because planning happens before treatment, not during it. A comprehensive exam and meticulous plan take time up front, but it means fewer surprises along the way, and a plan designed with the long term in mind.

Let's start with a conversation.

No pressure, no jargon. Just an honest look at your smile and your options.
